Mary-Katherine Dawson is a licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Louisiana and joined the Rhodes Realty team in September 2023. She is a Natchitoches, LA native and currently resides in Ruston, LA as a Concurrent MBA Sales Marketing student at Louisiana Tech’s College of Business. 

Mary-Katherine coordinated with LaTech Sports Properties as a Property Management Marketing Intern in 2021-2022, and has acquired a multitude of experiences in various sales and marketing roles since then. In addition to being a member of the American Marketing Association and previous collegiate President of Delta Sigma Pi, Professional Business Fraternity, Mary-Katherine is also certified in Social Media Strategy.
