Hi, I’m Cecillia Sinclair, but you can call me Cece. I’ve been a proud resident of Leesville for over 32 years. I’ve raised four children who attended local schools and nearby colleges, and they’ve all become incredibly successful in their careers and started making families of their own. As a devoted mother, I’ve always been deeply involved in our community, keeping my children active in sports, dance, and all the wonderful activities our area has to offer.

Helping others succeed and improve their lives has always been one of my passions. That’s why I decided to open my own business-the Sylvan Learning Center. It has always been an indescribable joy to witness children finally grasping concepts they once struggled with and proudly walking in with an “A” on their report cards.

However, life took an unexpected turn when war broke out in Iraq, and our troops were called to duty. Families were understandably anxious, and most of them moved to be closer to their extended families, leaving Leesville feeling like a ghost town. It was during this time that I discovered my love for the real estate industry.

With 18 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana, I’ve always kept my license active to continue serving clients who put their trust in me. I now have the privilege of working alongside professional agents in the industry, offering the best of both worlds to my clients. That’s why I’m thrilled to join the incredible team at Rhodes Realty, bringing my expertise and knowledge to the table.

Work ethic is my number one priority, and I’m still actively involved in the ground floor of bringing Champion homebuilders to the Leesville area. Champion has brought numerous job opportunities to our community, and I’m excited about the ongoing process of opening plant B. Working together with my hard-working team, we aim to seamlessly transition all our Champion homebuilder’s clientele into this thriving area.
