Dane Terrell is a Natchitoches native. He bought his first property at the age of eighteen, around the same time he began working at Ivan Smith Furniture. Over the last 25 years, he has bought, sold, or managed millions of dollars in properties and is currently the manager at Ivan Smith Furniture in Natchitoches. After his family recently sold the majority of their real estate holdings, he decided to become a Realtor so that he could put his years of experience to work for others.
