Rudy Forest is a native of Natchez, LA. She is a 2005 graduate of Natchitoches Central High School. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA along with achieving a degree in Business Administration. Then she received her Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. Later she achieved a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) Degree from Louisiana, College in Pineville, LA. While attending Northwestern State University, she participated in many activities, including being a successful high performing athlete for the Lady Demon Track and Field Team. Rudy Forest believes in excelling in excellence.

With that being said, she has taken her expectations and passion of the classroom and lanes of track and field to the life of Real Estate. She has taught and coached at her Alma Mater of Natchitoches Central High School and Natchitoches Junior High. Staying motivated, being creative and fair while being a dedicated hard worker is embedded in her lifestyle. Not to mention her personality and smile that lights up the room. She has two beautiful children, Kaysen and Ariana. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her children, family, and friends, especially her grandmother and mother, where she is the baby girl of four daughters. She has helped with the betterment of the community in many ways, from summer long track and field programs to the collaboration community service involvement with her sorority sisters of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
