My name is Lulu David (Most call me Lu) and I was born in California and moved to Louisiana in 1982. I was raised in New Iberia until I graduated high school. So for the past 25 years, I’ve been a resident of Acadiana. I am a Wife to Lance David, Mom to Maddox David, Woman of Christ , and a LOVER of all things Real Estate.
To say I love everything about Acadiana would be an understatement. It truly is the BEST place to LIVE! The Joie de vívre, people, and culture here is incomparable . I’ve traveled to many places and lived in Austin Texas but Acadiana will and always will be home. I am a proud ULL Alumni and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor in Design and Merchandising. I was also previously a Registered Respiratory Therapist still holding a license and worked delivering babies in the NICU for about 7 years. Prior to my career in real estate, I was the District Sales and Operations manager for the Linde Group, a very successful multi billion dollar corporation. This definitely was A position of strength that has taught me so much and has given me a competitive edge to my career now.
I started my Real Estate career in 2016 and I absolutely love my career! I’ve finally found my PASSION in helping make a difference in people’s lives daily.
We , ourselves bought property here in Youngsville back in 2014 and now fast forward, we have a handsome son and built a beautiful home here in Youngsville and could not be happier to be a part of such a great community! This year, I am also proud to say that I am a recent graduate of the Youngsville Leadership Program, which has been a great addition to Acadiana. I Am currently active in the real estate community as a part of the local Realtor Association of Acadiana’s YPN Board and also a Graduate of the Local Leadership Program for Realtor Association of Acadiana. 2021 has allowed me also the opportunity to be a part of The Louisiana Realtors Leadership Group working with other like minded individuals in the real estate community all over the state to make a difference .
I am honored to meet, represent, and bring families into their new homes in Youngsville and all of Acadiana. To be a major part of such a huge MILESTONE in their lives makes me feel incredible.
It’s more than just contract to close for me , it’s about the personal RELATIONSHIPS I develop with my clients and what happens after the closing table that means the most. I’ve met so many amazing people through my real estate journey and I look forward to being here for my clients as they grow as a Larger family and to help their next generation to come.
